The job responsibilities consists of:<ul><li>Opening and updating of job files in the ERP software.</li><li>Attending to customer inquiries.</li><li>Advising customers on procedures in applying for various government approvals (Notably: QCDD, EPC/Chemical and Radiation, Qatar Standardization, MOPH, Pharmaceuticals, ICT/CRA, Traffic department, MOI, Ministry of Culture etc).</li><li>Coordinating shipment collection from origin country with overseas agent, and arranging shipment till Doha.</li><li>Verifying all shipping documents and ensuring they are in line with Qatar local regulations for import shipments and destination customs for export shipments.</li><li>Coordinating shipment local customs clearance in Qatar between customs clearance team and customers.</li><li>Coordinating internally with operations team and transportation team to arrange smooth last mile delivery of shipments.</li><li>Updating job costs and selling in the ERP software.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 monthsPay: Up to QAR6,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Freight Forwarding: 10 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>
