What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b><br>
The Sales Associate is responsible for creating an outstanding optical experience for our guests by bringing together their knowledge, experiences and personality together with the guests&rsquo; needs and our high-quality fashion brands.</div>

Key Responsibilities:</b></div>

<li><b>Drive Sales &amp; Build Relationships:</b> Hit sales targets and exceed expectations by connecting with customers and building lasting relationships. Help new and returning customers in finding products that meet their needs.<br>
<ul><li><b>Become a Vision Expert:</b> Offer tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions that fit each customer&rsquo;s lifestyle and preferences.</li><li><b>Learn and Grow:</b> Enhance your skills with hands-on training and collaborate with experienced professionals to provide top-tier service.</li><li><b>Collaborate &amp; Contribute:</b> Work closely with your team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment where everyone contributes to success.</li><li><b>Create a Welcoming Store Atmosphere:</b> Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, ensuring customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience.</li><li><b>Foster Inclusion &amp; Respect:</b> Cultivate an inclusive and respectful environment for both customers and colleagues.</li></ul></li>
