As our Presales Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects, bridging the gap
between business needs and Arabic.AI solutions. This role will be responsible for understanding client
requirements, designing AI-driven solutions, delivering tailored demonstrations, and supporting the sales cycle
with deep technical and functional expertise. You will also collaborate closely with Account Executives, Product,
and Delivery teams to ensure successful solution adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Requirements
Main Responsibilities:
Sales Support<ul>
<li>Support the Sales team in RFP/RFI responses, proposal preparation, and pricing strategies by providing technical expertise, product insights, and customized solutions tailored to client requirements.</li>
<li>Articulate competitive differentiation, value proposition, and ROI of Arabic.AI offerings.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, serving as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.</li>
</ul>Solution Design &amp; Demonstration<ul>
<li>Translate client needs into solution architectures using Arabic.AI products, including AI Agents, Apps, Tarjama&amp; products, Screens, Content Lab, and Arabic.AI Academy.</li>
<li>Build and deliver compelling product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and tailored solution</li>

</ul>Client Engagement &amp; Discovery<ul>

<li>Strong understanding of AI technologies, NLP, and enterprise SaaS/cloud solutions.</li>
<li>Experience in building POCs, solution architecture, and integrating AI/LLM-based applications.</li>
<li>Proven experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.</li>
