As a Full Stack Software Engineer (Forward Deployed), you&rsquo;ll collaborate directly with public sector counterparts to quickly build full-stack, AI applications, to solve their most pressing challenges and achieve meaningful impact for citizens.
You will:
<ul><li>Serve as the lead technical strategist for public sector engagements, converting ambiguous mission requirements into robust architectural roadmaps and guiding onsite implementation</li><li>
Architect the fundamental frameworks for production-grade AI applications, setting the gold standard for how interactive UIs, backend systems, and AI models are integrated at scale to deliver reliable outcomes.
</li><li>Guide the evolution of cloud infrastructure, ensuring security, global scalability, and long-term system integrity across all environments.
</li><li>Direct the development of core platforms and shared services, ensuring they solve cross-cutting needs for diverse global client use cases.
</li><li>Partner with cross-functional leadership to steer the technical roadmap, mentoring senior and junior staff and ensuring all products align with a cohesive, future-proof technical architecture.
</li><li>Bridge the gap between the field and the core platform by turning real-world client lessons into the reusable patterns that power the entire engineering team.
</li></ul>Ideally you&rsquo;d have:<ul><li>
Masters or Phd in Computer Science or equivalent deep industry experience in architecting complex, distributed systems.
</li><li>10+ years of full-stack expertise across Python, Node.js, and React, with a proven track record of designing high-scale architectures on Kubernetes and global cloud infrastructures (AWS/Azure/GCP).</li><li>
Expert ability to design and oversee production-grade ecosystems, ensuring world-class standards for system integrity, security, and long-term scalability.
</li><li>Extensive experience deploying and troubleshooting sophisticated end-to-end solutions directly within complex, high-security client environments.
</li><li>A self-driven leader capable of resolving extreme ambiguity, mentoring senior staff, and setting the technical vision for the organization.
</li><li>A driver of asynchronous workflows and documentation-first cultures to streamline global engineering velocity and reduce friction.
</li><li>Proficient in Arabic</li></ul>

Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Forward Deployed), 6-8 Months Contract

 As a Business Solutions Partner at Arabic.AI, you will own end-to-end customer relationships, pipeline creation, deal execution, and revenue outcomes across assigned accounts. The role focuses on driving portfolio-led growth across all Arabic.AI divisions by building qualified pipelines, executing disciplined deal strategies, and ensuring predictable revenue performance. The BSP acts as a strategic advisor to clients and a commercial orchestrator internally, aligning pre-sales, delivery, pricing, legal, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions that create measurable customer value and sustainable business growth.
 
 
 
 
 
 Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 Strategic Account &amp; Portfolio Management

 Own the end-to-end account plan, including stakeholder mapping, whitespace analysis, and quarterly growth planning.

 Drive portfolio penetration across all Arabic.AI divisions, ensuring balanced revenue contribution and avoiding single-line dependency.

 Act as the primary commercial owner of assigned accounts, ensuring long-term value creation and strategic alignment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build trusted advisor relationships with executive and senior stakeholders across customer organizations.

 Sales Pipeline &amp; Deal Execution
 
 
 <ul>

 Build and maintain a qualified, healthy pipeline across divisions with disciplined stage progression.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead deal strategy, commercial services, pricing discussions, and close-plan execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive new logo acquisition (where applicable) and systematic account expansion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Escalate risks early and lead structured deal reviews for complex or high-value opportunities.

 Sales Performance, Forecasting &amp; CRM Discipline

 Own accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility, ensuring predictability and variance control.
 </li>

 Maintain CRM hygiene, including accurate values, stages, timelines, next steps, ownership, and evidence of customer engagement.

 Governance, Compliance &amp; Deal Readiness
 
 
 <ul>

 Ensure full compliance with pricing, discounting, and approval governance frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Guarantee deal readiness prior to closing, including scope alignment, pricing approval, and internal sign-offs.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Cross-functional Collaboration &amp; Commercial Leadership
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as the voice of the customer internally, aligning solutions to real business outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead multi-stakeholder initiatives to resolve client challenges and optimize solution delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate across divisions to design bundled, outcome-driven solutions rather than standalone offerings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Pre-Sales, Delivery, Pricing, Legal) to ensure deal readiness and timely closure.

 Education, Experience &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 7+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales, business development, or solutions selling within AI, SaaS, IT services, or consulting environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
 </li>
 <li>
 A good understanding of Language and Translation services and the challenges faced within the specific market sectors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in portfolio selling, cross-selling, and solution bundling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple high-impact opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent in-person and phone-based presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent level of proficiency with MS Office Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
