 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 The Business Analyst acts as the bridge between business requirements and technical implementation. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating client or internal business needs into clear, actionable system requirements that guide the technology team in developing effective and scalable solutions.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Business Requirement Analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather detailed business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions to capture use cases and workflows
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Documentation &amp; Translation
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare clear documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and user stories
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications that can be easily understood by developers and engineers
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure alignment between the client's expectations and the technical team's understanding of deliverables
 </li>
 <li>
 Communication &amp; Coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and the technology team throughout the project lifecycle
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate regular meetings to track progress, clarify requirements, and resolve ambiguities
 </li>
 <li>
 Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure project objectives are met within scope, time, and quality standards
 </li>
 <li>
 System &amp; Solution Design Support
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with solution architects and developers to design and validate system functionalities that meet business needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and validation to ensure deliverables align with requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommend process or system enhancements based on data-driven insights and user feedback
 </li>
 <li>
 Reporting &amp; Continuous Improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track solution effectiveness post-deployment
 </li>
 <li>
 Gather post-implementation feedback and identify areas for system optimization
 </li>
 <li>
 Support ongoing improvement of internal analysis frameworks, tools, and documentation standards

 Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Experience:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role bridging business and technical teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in software development environments, preferably in SaaS, localization, or enterprise systems
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

<div>Job Purpose
As the SDR Coordinator specializing in Content Lab services, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities focused on our creative and content-driven solutions. These include Content Creation Retainers, Website Development, Live Event Coverage, and Report Creation &amp; Curation. You will engage prospects through targeted outreach, understand their content and digital needs, and position Content Lab&rsquo;s offerings to address business challenges.
Duties &amp; Responsibilities
Lead Generation &amp; Pipeline Development<ul>
<li>
Drive consistent weekly and monthly lead generation through strategies like cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking.</li>
<li>Dive into target markets to identify and prioritize high-potential prospects that align with company objectives.</li>
<li>Evaluate leads against defined criteria (e.g., budget, authority, need, timeline) to ensure they match the ideal customer profile.</li>
<li>Facilitate meaningful engagements by scheduling meetings or demos for the Sales team with qualified prospects.</li>
<li>Strengthen relationships by following up on outreach, addressing objections, and sharing value-driven information.</li>
<li>Hit daily and weekly goals, maintaining a steady cadence of calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to fuel the pipeline.</li>
<li>Partner with the Sales team, to streamline lead handoffs and ensure alignment in the sales journey.</li>
<li>Stay informed on company offerings, industry trends, and competition to effectively pitch and position solutions.</li>
<li>Relay insights from prospects to marketing and product teams to refine targeting and messaging strategies.</li>
<li>Leverage CRM systems, engagement platforms, and analytics tools to optimize lead management and workflows.</li>
</ul>
Sales Development Strategy &amp; Execution<ul>
<li>
Work with the VP of Growth, and Marketing team to shape and refine strategies that boost lead generation, qualification, and conversion.</li>
<li>Implement proven methodologies to enhance cold outreach, social selling, and prospect engagement techniques.</li>
<li>Align with marketing to synchronize target personas, campaigns, and messaging for maximum impact.</li></ul> 
Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul>
<li>
Partner with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead transitions and boost conversion rates.</li>
<li>Stay in sync with marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and messaging strategies.</li></ul> 
Process Optimization &amp; Innovation<ul>
<li>
Regularly analyze and optimize SDR workflows to improve efficiency and conversion rates.</li>
<li>Stay ahead of trends and implement cutting-edge sales tools and strategies to enhance team performance.</li></ul> 
Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting<ul>
<li>
Monitor and analyze key metrics like outreach activity, meetings booked, and lead conversion rates.</li>
<li>Use CRM tools and analytics to generate actionable reports and identify areas for improvement</li>
</ul>
Education, Experience &amp; Qualifications<ul>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.</li>
<li>(1-3) years of experience in sales development, sales operations, or a related field.
</li><li>Experience in sales, client interaction, in the technology or language services sector.
</li><li>Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
</li><li>Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
