Requirements</b></h2><div><p>
Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting preferred</p><p>
Strong attention to detail and accuracy</p><p>
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software</p><p>
Excellent communication and organizational skills</p><p>
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</p></div>

Process and verify invoices accurately and in a timely manner</p><p>
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies</p><p>
Maintain organized financial records and documentation</p><p>
Assist with weekly check runs and ACH payments</p><p>
Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding billing issues</p><p>
