Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>
Accurately and efficiently enter new or renewed orders</li><li>
Adjudicate insurance claims and resolve rejections</li><li>
Properly handle order exceptions and clarifications such as refill-too-soon, invalid orders, etc.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with leadership and peers</li><li>
Achieve or exceed productivity standards in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>
Requirements:

Required Skills &amp; Abilities<ul><li>
Minimum one year experience in a retail or long-term care pharmacy; 3+ years preferred.</li><li>
Must possess a Texas State Board of Pharmacy Technician License.</li><li>
Experience with FrameworkLTC is preferred</li><li>
Type an average of 60 wpm.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Can meet order deadlines.</li><li>
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.</li><li>
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.</li><li>
Understands basic pharmacy language to interpret prescriptions.</li><li>
Can perform pharmacy calculations.</li><li>
Is available for occasional overtime.</li></ul>
Physical Requirements<ul><li>
Must be able to withstand long hours of computer screen time.</li><li>
Repetitive motion deskwork.</li></ul>

Requirements:

Must possess national PTCB certification and able to acquire a Texas license and other necessary licenses immediately upon hire</li><li>
3+ years of order entry experience using FrameworkLTC, and DocuTrack, or ECM experience</li><li>

Can meet order deadlines</li><li>
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment</li><li>
