Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Intern to join our vibrant marketing team! If you&rsquo;re passionate about social media trends, digital storytelling, and building brand communities, this is the perfect role for you to grow your skills and make a real impact.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in developing and executing social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.</li><li>Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Monitor social media channels through social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and audience engagement.</li><li>Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent online presence.</li><li>Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO and increase organic reach.</li><li>Support in managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital platforms to maximize campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Analyze web and social media analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure performance and suggest improvements.</li><li>Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster positive relationships and enhance community interaction.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, promotional campaigns, and e-commerce projects to ensure cohesive messaging.</li><li>Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.</li><li>Assist in coordinating public relations activities by preparing press materials or outreach communications when needed.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.</li><li>Prior experience or internship in social media marketing or digital marketing is preferred but not required.</li><li>Familiarity with social media platforms&rsquo; features and best practices for engagement growth.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva is highly desirable.</li><li>Basic knowledge of video editing software for creating engaging multimedia content.</li><li>Understanding of SEO principles, web analytics (Google Analytics), and keyword research techniques.</li><li>Experience with social listening tools like Brandwatch or Mention is a plus.</li><li>Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail; ability to proofread effectively.</li><li>Enthusiastic team player with excellent relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
