 This role requires Shopify platform experience, with the ability to create, customize, and optimize digital experiences that are both visually stunning and performance-driven.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Creative Digital Design &amp; Execution

 Conceptualize, design, and refine visually compelling website layouts, landing pages, and digital campaigns that captivate and engage customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop high-fidelity UI designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes with a strong focus on aesthetics and functionality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Push creative boundaries with bold, trend-driven visuals, animations, and interactive elements that elevate the brand's digital storytelling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and evolve Tarte's Digital Design System, ensuring cohesive branding across all digital touchpoints.
 </li>

 Shopify &amp; eCommerce Website Optimization
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and optimize Shopify-based themes, templates, and landing pages to enhance the user experience and drive conversions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all website designs are responsive, mobile-first, and optimized for performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow ADA compliance regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with developers to implement and refine designs within Shopify's Liquid framework.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct UX/UI audits, analyze heatmaps, and leverage A/B testing to optimize site performance and user engagement.
 </li>

 Trend-Forward Digital Innovation

 Stay ahead of digital design trends, beauty aesthetics, and eCommerce innovations, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

 Identify emerging UX/UI trends, interactive elements, and motion design techniques to elevate the shopping experience.

 Research competitors and industry leaders to ensure Tarte remains at the forefront of digital design innovation.

 </ul>
 
 
 Cross-Functional Collaboration
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work closely with eCommerce, Digital Marketing, and Brand Creative teams to align design strategies with business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with developers to ensure seamless execution of all digital designs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Present concepts and creative rationale to stakeholders, advocating for bold, impactful, and user-first design choices.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5-7+ years of website design experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, or eCommerce.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in Shopify design (theme customization, Liquid framework, and Shopify best practices).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and Sketch.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of eCommerce UX/UI principles, conversion optimization, ADA compliance and mobile-first design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, and UI animations is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for beauty, trends, and creating aesthetically bold digital experiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to balance creativity with business goals, making data-driven design decisions.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Graphic Designer - Social Media &amp; Digital Marketing
 
 
 
 tarte is seeking a highly creative, strategic, and trend-savvy designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will take ownership of developing and executing visually compelling content across tarte's social, digital, and performance marketing channels. You will be responsible for bringing tarte's brand vision to life through innovative design that drives engagement, conversion, and brand affinity.
 
 
 As a key creative partner, you will collaborate closely with Social, Creative, Digital Marketing, and eCommerce teams to concept, design, and optimize assets that resonate with our global community. This role is ideal for someone with strong design expertise, a passion for beauty and digital culture, and the ability to balance creative vision with data-driven insights.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and execute engaging, on-brand content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Facebook), including static posts, motion graphics, GIFs, stories, and reels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in creating email graphics, website banners, and digital ads to support marketing campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with the performance marketing team to design and optimize high-performing paid social acquisition assets, including short-form videos, animated overlays, and static variations informed by campaign results.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets while staying innovative and trend-forward.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the Marketing, Social, and Creative teams to develop compelling visuals that drive engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and brand standards are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Edit and resize images, retouch product photos, and prepare assets for multiple digital platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up to date with social media trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and maintain digital design files and templates. Assist with additional creative projects, such as presentations and promotional materials.
 </li>
 
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or social media creative (beauty/fashion/CPG preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience designing for social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and paid social content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing (Premiere Pro or After Effects), and Canva or Figma is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of typography, composition, and color theory in a digital space.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once.
 </li>
