<div>POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Tool Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining and issuing tools and equipment to workers. This position is also responsible for maintaining documentation on tool locations, issuance of tools and tool room inventory. The Tool Room Attendant will be responsible for supplying tools and consumables to all shop employees.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul><li>Maintain records of issued tools and monitor tool room inventory</li>
<li>Receive new tools into the organization and schedule preventive maintenance for equipment</li>
<li>Order all necessary tools and equipment required for shop personnel</li>
<li>Communicate with suppliers to obtain price quotes</li>
<li>Submit new orders to management for approval</li>
<li>Request purchase orders (POs) from the Purchasing Department</li>
<li>Maintain all tools and consumables in a well-organized manner</li>
<li>Maintain and file documentation required for reporting purposes</li>
<li>Collaborate effectively with multiple team members and departments simultaneously</li>
<li>Maintain good communication with shop leads and supervisors</li>

</ul>JOB SKILLS:
<ul><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records of tool locations, scheduled repairs, and maintenance activities</li>
<li>Basic computer skills with the ability to maintain inventory and recordkeeping systems</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, including the ability to work with spreadsheets and maintain records</li>

Tool Room Attendant

<div>POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Fabrication Lead directs the fabrication and assembly of pipe products.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul><li>Fabricate pipes to required customizations</li>
<li>Manage all Work Orders associated with fabrication</li>
<li>Supervises work team in the planning and execution of a wide variety of fabrication.</li>
<li>Plans resource requirements based on Work Orders and production plan.</li>
<li>Fosters a spirit of teamwork within the department.</li>
<li>Tracks, assigns, and monitors work orders.</li>
<li>Ensure timeliness, safety and quality of material movement.</li>
<li>Responsible for safe work practices, maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring work crews follow safe practices and HSE programs, including Lock-out Tag-out.</li>
<li>In conjunction with the Production Supervisor and EHS Manager, trains employees on changes in safety regulations, work policies, and standards.</li>
<li>Develops skills and abilities of team members.</li>

Fabrication Lead (Structural)

<div>POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Heavy Haul Logistics/Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing the planning, permitting, dispatch, and transportation of oversized and overweight cargo. This role ensures compliant, safe, and efficient movement of project freight while maintaining communication across teams and partners.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul><li>Verifies project scope.</li>
<li>Confirms project requirements.</li>
<li>Plan load out, routing and delivery sequence of project modules.</li>
<li>Execute daily dispatch of drivers based on project schedules.</li>
<li>Coordinate OS/OW permits and ensure compliance.</li>
<li>Monitor Shipments and resolve delays.</li>
<li>Creates and uploads necessary paperwork, BOL, PL, CI</li>
<li>Maintain continuous communication with drivers, escorts, and field teams during active hauls.</li>
<li>Organizes and uploads all project documentation to shared drive.</li>
<li>Manages carrier load tenders in TMS.</li>
<li>Maintain Accurate Logs and Project Records</li>
<li>Support Site Logistics Coordination</li>
<li>Processes E-Requester orders for project purchase orders</li>
<li>Maintains and receives purchase orders in ERP.</li>
<li>Verifies carrier invoices and addresses discrepancies.</li>
<li>Facilitates receipt and verifies condition of project unit modules and at site.</li>
<li>Provide Real-Time Communication to all stakeholders.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot in-transit issues and escalate critical risks immediately.</li>

Heavy Haul Logistics Dispatch Coordinator

<div>POSITION OVERVIEW:
 
TAS Design &amp; Drafting Group reviews customer requirements, specifications, manufacturing constraints and other design inputs to generate comprehensive packaged equipment designs and system layouts. The department develops models and drawings based on the design intent communicated by TAS Project Engineers. These system designs include the appropriate structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls sub-assemblies. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul><li>Interprets piping and instrument diagrams, site layouts, equipment layouts, piping plan drawings, process flow diagrams, specifications, bills of materials, and GA drawings with respect to packaged equipment system designs
</li><li>Builds and maintains effective working relationships with other designers and departments
</li><li>Maintains drafting production schedule for different types of drawings along with ensuring accuracy of deliverables
</li><li>Creates 3D models and layouts including mating surfaces, finding correct library parts, performing extrusions, creating assemblies, exploded view diagrams with BOM&rsquo;s
</li><li>Produces layouts and section views with BOM&rsquo;s, callouts, and dimensions
</li><li>Reviews scope documents and specifications for verification of design against the design intent and customer requirements
</li><li>Demonstrates ability execute designs on basic projects
</li><li>Conducts model reviews per department processes with assistance
</li><li>Supports the desired culture and work environment of the department
</li><li>Executes the design process per department processes
</li></ul>JOB SKILLS
<ul><li>Experience with weldments, pipe routing, and designing skids and piping in Revit
</li><li>Experience in package/plant designs and layouts with broad knowledge of technical applications, maintenance, operation, and clearance constraints of structural, mechanical, controls, and electrical equipment systems
</li><li>Knowledgeable of codes typically applicable to TAS equipment including NEC, IEC, ASME, AISC, AWS, UMC, OSHA, and building codes etc.
</li><li>A self-starter and highly skilled designer capable of performing all design and modeling tasks required for delivering production level drawings to purchasing and production departments with limited direction
</li></ul>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
<ul><li>Experience designing in Revit (pipe routing, skids, weldments)
</li><li>Experience with Solid Works, Microsoft Office Suites, Google Docs
</li><li>Capable of producing package/plant designs and layouts with basic knowledge of technical applications, maintenance, operation, and clearance constraints of structural, mechanical, controls, and electrical equipment systems
