 The SMEs Relationship Manager will take charge of overseeing and expanding a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients. Your role will involve ensuring that all their financial requirements, such as deposits, transactions, trade finance, and borrowing, are adequately addressed, while fostering robust, long-lasting relationships that aid in the company&rsquo;s growth and success.

 What Makes You a Good Fit

 Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

 1 to 3 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in SME or business banking.

 Proven experience in planning and implementing sales or relationship strategies.

 Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

 potential customers through direct and indirect marketing activities. The main objective is to achieve the monthly target, increase profitability, and grow the customer base.
 
 
 
 What You&acute;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Achieve the monthly productivity target .
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote the company&rsquo;s services within the assigned area in coordination with the team leader and branch manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Select eligible clients according to predefined criteria and conditions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect and verify the required documents from clients and guarantors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct accurate field investigations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform field visits to clients&rsquo; premises and business locations and prepare detailed visit reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out credit assessments, including determining the proposed loan amount, duration, type, and suitable repayment plan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on client repayments and communicate with overdue clients (1 to 3 months).
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist clients in using the &ldquo;Halan&rdquo; application and support the company&rsquo;s digital transformation efforts.
