As a member of our front-of-house team, you will play an important role in creating memorable experiences through attentive service, thoughtful recommendations and genuine connection with our guests.

 What You'll Be Doing
 
 
 
 
 Guest Experience &amp; Service

 Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression from the moment they arrive.

 Guide guests through the menu, confidently offering recommendations and sharing knowledge about our food and beverages.
 </li>

 Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver orders promptly and professionally, ensuring every dish and drink reaches the correct guest.
 </li>
 <li>
 Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalised service throughout their visit.
 </li>
 <li>
 Present bills and process payments accurately and efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle guest enquiries, requests and concerns with professionalism and care.

 Uphold the service standards that define the tashas experience.

 Ensure tables are beautifully presented, clean and set according to brand standards.

 Clear, reset and prepare tables efficiently for incoming guests.

 Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming dining environment throughout service.
 </li>

 Support daily operational tasks and contribute to the smooth running of the restaurant.
 </li>

 Work closely with colleagues to ensure an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint.

 What We're Looking For

 Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress or Server in a quality restaurant, caf&eacute; or hospitality environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
 </li>
 <li>
 A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
 </li>

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 A warm, professional and confident personality.
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
