He/She will be Responsible for heading the HR function of a Multinational GroupKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES &amp; ACTIVITIES1. Strategy DevelopmentContribute to the development of MIG&rsquo;s corporate strategy and to the derivation of its strategic plans while leading thedevelopment of the functional strategy as cascaded down from the company strategy and oversee its implementation toensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing functional strategies across MIG.2. People ManagementLead the team of direct and indirect reports through effective recruitment, development, performance management, andsuccession planning in order to maximise team performance and achieve functional objectives.3. Operational ManagementOversee the function&rsquo;s daily operations by providing expertise, enabling teamwork, and aligning processes in order to makesure, MIG&rsquo;s major objectives are achieved while reaching high performance standards and meeting established targets.4. Budget ManagementLead the development and consolidation of the functional budget and monitor the function&rsquo;s financial performance versus thebudget, to ensure the exercising of financial authority within established limits and the control of functional budgetexpenditure.5. Human Resources ManagementOversee the HR Strategy and its policies in order to ensure alignment with MIG&rsquo;s overall strategy, mission, vision and objectives.Supervise the implementation of its HR activities (Organisational Development, Rewards &amp; Performance Management, andTalent &amp; Recruitment) in order to achieve improvement in MIG&rsquo;s manpower productivity, competencies and employeesatisfaction.6. Admin &amp; General Services ManagementDirect the administration operations in order to ensure alignment with MIG&rsquo;s corporate, strategic and business objectives and approve the provision of facility services to all concerned departments.Supervise the Admin &amp; General Services department pertaining to all employee relations, administrative team, andgovernmental requirements in order to ensure proper adherence to MIG&rsquo;s internal and external policy.7. Information Technology ManagementOversee the IT department and its activities in order to ensure availability of the best in class technology infrastructure in line with the best leading practices and MIG&rsquo;s internal business needs.Ensure that the information security applications and all protection programs and devices are implemented and upgraded in order to safeguard MIG&rsquo;s information from theft, loss, or corruption.8. Policies &amp; ProceduresOversee the proper development, implementation, and communication of the function&rsquo;s policies and procedures, to make sure that all relevant procedural and legislative requirements are clearly communicated and duly fulfilled.RequirementsKnowledge / Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office with demonstrated abilities in Excel.</li><li>The ability to develop strong working relationships and maintain work ethics.</li><li>Expert level experience in multitasking with the ability to set priorities as per the given situation.</li><li>Ability to stick to time constraints</li><li>Fluent in English and Arabic</li></ul>Education /Certifications&middot; Master&rsquo;s degree in an HR fieldExperience&middot; Above 18 year&rsquo;s experience in the relevant field.Package&middot; Market competitive.Job Type: Full-time

The role is research-driven and focused on producing robust, defensible analysis that informs strategic and investment decision-making. The position requires strong quantitative skills, structured thinking, and the ability to convert complex market data into clear strategic insights under the guidance of the Senior Manager.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES &amp; ACTIVITIESKey Activities<ul><li>Undertake detailed market research covering demand&ndash;supply dynamics, sector performance, pricing, occupancy, and competitive benchmarking across real estate asset classes.</li><li>Support the preparation of feasibility studies including development assumptions, phasing, risk assessment, and sensitivity analysis.</li><li>Contribute to highest and best use (HBU) analysis by evaluating planning, market, financial, and development constraints and opportunities.</li><li>Maintain structured research databases and ensure consistency and accuracy of market inputs.</li><li>Assist in drafting advisory reports, ensuring outputs are logical, data-driven, and aligned with strategic objectives.</li></ul>Financial &amp; Analytical Responsibilities<ul><li>Build and maintain financial models including development cash flows, IRR, NPV, and scenario testing.</li><li>Test multiple development and investment scenarios and clearly articulate financial outcomes.</li><li>Support sensitivity analysis on key variables such as rents, pricing, costs, absorption, and yields.</li><li>Ensure assumptions are market-supported and internally consistent across reports and models.</li></ul>Project &amp; Stakeholder Support<ul><li>Support the Senior Manager in managing project timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination.</li><li>Liaise with internal teams to source data and ensure integrated advisory outputs.</li><li>Participate in client discussions where required, supporting the presentation of research findings and feasibility conclusions.</li></ul>Research &amp; Knowledge Development<ul><li>Conduct primary and secondary research including site visits, interviews, and data validation.</li><li>Track market trends, policy changes, and macroeconomic indicators relevant to real estate strategy.</li><li>Contribute to internal research papers, sector updates, and thought leadership materials.</li></ul>JOB SPECIFICATIONSEducation, Skills &amp; Experience Requirement&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.&middot; 4&ndash;6 years of experience in real estate advisory, research, feasibility analysis, or strategic consulting.&middot; Strong market research and analytical capability with attention to detail.&middot; Advanced Excel-based financial modelling skills and strong PowerPoint/report-writing ability.&middot; Ability to work across multiple assignments, manage data rigorously, and deliver under deadlines.Package&middot; Depending upon Experience.Job Type: Full-time
