We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory &amp; Product Packaging Executive to manage stock levels, oversee product packaging, and ensure smooth dispatch operations for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in inventory handling, product labeling, packaging, and coordination with warehouse/logistics teams.Key Responsibilities:Inventory Management:<ul><li>Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory management systems regularly.</li><li>Conduct daily/weekly stock audits to ensure data accuracy.</li><li>Monitor product movement and coordinate restocking as required.</li><li>Manage inward and outward stock flow efficiently.</li><li>Identify slow-moving and fast-moving products to optimize stock levels.</li></ul>Product Packaging:<ul><li>Oversee product packaging as per brand standards and platform (Amazon, Flipkart, Website) requirements.</li><li>Ensure packaging quality, safety, and accuracy before dispatch.</li><li>Manage packaging material inventory and reorder supplies when needed.</li><li>Label products correctly with barcode and ensure error-free dispatch.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Coordinate with logistics, and operations teams for timely delivery.</li><li>Handle product returns and damaged goods documentation.</li><li>Prepare and share daily reports on stock, dispatch, and packaging status with management.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 6 months of experience in inventory, warehouse, or packaging roles.</li><li>Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.</li><li>Familiarity with inventory management tools.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.</li></ul>Interested candidate send their CV on careers@taskrobots.org Contact no- 6375684624Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
