Job Description:We are looking for a proactive and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media initiatives and manage a small team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with international clients, team leadership experience, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of social media executives/content creators.</li><li>Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for international clients.</li><li>Ensure all content aligns with client brand guidelines and tone.</li><li>Oversee content creation, scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring.</li><li>Analyze metrics and prepare actionable reports to optimize campaigns.</li><li>Coordinate directly with international clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.</li><li>Manage budgets for social media campaigns, including paid promotions.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with global social media trends and emerging platforms.</li><li>Drive engagement, growth, and ROI across all social media channels.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in social media management.</li><li>Prior experience as a team lead or managing a small team.</li><li>Hands-on experience with social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.</li><li>Proven track record of handling international clients.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.).</li><li>Strategic mindset with analytical skills to interpret social media metrics.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
