This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in handling international client interactions.This is a night shift position with direct exposure to international clients, offering growth opportunities in sales operations and client relations.Shift Timing7:30 PM &ndash; 4:30 AM IST (US Shift)Salary Range&#8377;20,000 &ndash; &#8377;30,000 per monthKey ResponsibilitiesLead Management &amp; CRM<ul><li>Handle incoming client inquiries via email and phone.</li><li>Qualify leads and provide basic service details.</li><li>Update and manage records in Zoho CRM.</li></ul>Sales Coordination<ul><li>Schedule meetings and calls for Sales Managers.</li><li>Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.</li><li>Track sales activities and maintain documentation.</li></ul>Client Communication<ul><li>Respond promptly to client queries.</li><li>Escalate complex concerns to Sales Managers.</li><li>Support international clients (US/UK/Canada) with service-related questions.</li></ul>Team &amp; Process Support<ul><li>Collaborate with the Onboarding and Operations teams for smooth client handovers.</li><li>Prepare weekly reports and maintain organized communication records.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Experience: 2+ years in Sales Support/Customer Service/CRM handling (required).</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Soft Skills:</li><li>Excellent English communication (verbal &amp; written).</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced night-shift environment.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working with international clients.</li><li>Prior exposure to virtual assistant services or BPO environment.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.</li><li>Provident Fund (PF).</li><li>Professional development and structured training.</li><li>Exposure to international business practices.</li></ul>Job Type<ul><li>Full-time</li><li>Permanent</li><li>Onsite (Kalyan, Maharashtra)</li></ul>ContactSpeak with the employer: +91 7304421238Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,961.63 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
