 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 Provides supervisory and technical skills to direct reports and oversee the daily warehousing activities. To implement warehouse operations for Spare parts and other consumable items, for having productive environment, quality approach, customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits.
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental standards to guarantee employee safety, legal compliance, and high-quality service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee warehouse activities and staff, monitor performance using KPIs, and manage staffing levels and workload distribution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate safe work practices, follow company procedures, and set a positive example for the team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate job expectations, coach, train, and develop team members to achieve targets and enhance skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative or updated work procedures.

 Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and quality assurance of goods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Measure and report on the effectiveness of warehouse activities and employee performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with other departments and interface with end users to resolve issues and align operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular inspections, housekeeping tours, and report incidents, non-conformities, and assign additional tasks as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review the data analysis (materials consumption, OSDE, OSDR, overall inventory and forecasted demand) for different spare parts prepared by the team to ensure that all parts are readily available to minimize downtime.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the Plant Maintenance emergency shutdowns, planned shutdowns and TAMs by providing the enquired services to ensure optimum business continuation.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Minimum Qualification and Experience:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3 years&rsquo; experience with Degree or 8 years&rsquo; experience with Diploma.
 </li>
 <li>
 5 years supervisory experience.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Job Specific Skills:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>

 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 As an experienced Process Engineer performs tasks requiring the selection and application of a range of standard technical problem technical problem-solving techniques, monitoring and analysis.
 
 
 
 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 As an experienced Process Engineer, undertakes assignments of varying scope and complexity involving a range of standard technical problem-solving techniques and computational methods, assisting more senior professionals who will at all times provide some supervision and guidance based on detailed work review.
 
 
 
 Role responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintains high HSE standards and seeks to ensure a healthy, safe work environment and working practices at all times

 Validates standard internal and 3rd party Process design work for conformance with established standards and procedures.
 </li>

 Reviews and evaluates technical bid proposals for engineering work, evaluates and reports conclusions, noting bid deviations

 Escalates emerging and complex plant issues to more senior engineers to ensure action is taken to resolve on a timely basis.

 Reviews and analyses relevant plant, process and engineering data and recommends changes required to optimize operations.

 Provides guidance and support to help more junior team members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Carries out conventional engineering tasks requiring broad application of engineering knowledge, regulations and standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develops a range of engineering plans and supports documentation seeking guidance from senior level engineers as required.

 Qualification and Requirements:
 
 
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant discipline with 5 years&rsquo; experience in relevant petrochemical industry.
