 Assistant Brand Manager
 
 position within Tat G&inodot;da.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What are we looking for in our team member?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or Communication (MA/MSc/MBA is a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and performance marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in market research and analysis of Nielsen/Ipsos reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of written and spoken English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proactive, dynamic, and collaborative mindset.
 </li>

 What to expect in this role?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and execute marketing strategies and annual plans aligned with company objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research, analyze Nielsen &amp; Ipsos reports, and track category performance and market trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to new product development and brand renovation projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with agencies to implement 360&deg; marketing plans (ATL, BTL, and digital).
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage social media, digital media, and influencer marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute advertising, promotional, and activation activities to support brand growth.
 </li>
