Role &amp; Responsibilities</div>

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES</div>
<ul><li>Design, implement, and manage the performance management system to ensure alignment with organizational goals and best practices.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop and administer performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Oversee the annual appraisal cycle and drive closure within defined timelines</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage the promotion process, ensuring it is fair, transparent, and aligned with performance outcomes and career development plans</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop and execute compensation strategies and programs to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Oversee salary reviews, compensation benchmarking, and the development of compensation structures.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage design &amp; implementation of compensation-related processes, including incentive programs, bonuses, and merit increases.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Prepare and present required data for Nomination and Remuneration Committee Board Meetings</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure that performance management and compensation policies comply with legal and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Analyze performance and compensation data to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Collaborate with senior management to align performance and compensation strategies with business objectives.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><div>
Education &amp; Experience</div>

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS<br>

<ul><li>MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
</li></ul> Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in performance &amp; compensation roles</div>

PREFERRED SKILLS

<ul><li>Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.</li></ul>
