 Critical success factors for the Role

 <li>
 B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or IT or MBA
 </li>
 <li>
 12&ndash;15 years of experience in product engineering/application development/enterprise architecture , preferably within FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Value chain including Sales &amp; Supply chain
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in architecting large-scale digital transformation programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), integration frameworks (APIs/Middleware), data analytics, cybersecurity.
 </li>
 </ul>
