 The content team at Tata Play is responsible for acquiring content played out on the platform across screens (Broadcast channels, Tata Play Mobile, Value added Services &amp; OTT initiatives like Tata Play Binge. The content team leads partnerships &amp; commercial engagements across respective content providers (broadcast networks like Star, Zee, Sony, OTT like Hotstar, Zee 5 etc).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 About the Role:
 
 
 
 The role is key &amp; central in the content department. We are seeking a strategic leader, who is excited about building &amp; managing high impact partnerships that navigate industry growth &amp; innovation across TV and OTT. The ideal candidate is result oriented and obsessive about building value for customers with an analytical bent of mind, this includes relationship management for Tata Play with broadcasters &amp; respective OTT providers. The scope of engagement with each content provider would span across content valuation, deal negotiation, agreement execution, cost &amp; carriage revenue management and ensuring consistent delivery of commitments, while constantly exploring strategic opportunities to derive additional value for Tata Play.
 
 
 Additionally, the candidate will also be responsible for developing statistical models &amp; providing financial constructs that drive business planning. The candidate will also be expected to work closely with senior Leadership within Tata Play &amp; will be responsible for high impact data driven insights.
 
 
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for someone with good interpersonal and communication skills and someone who is enthusiastic to learn and adapt in a fast-paced business.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Broadcaster Partnerships
 
 &ndash; Lead key broadcaster relationships (like Star, Zee, Tv18 etc) for Tata Play &amp; respective OTT providers (Z5, HS etc) including Commercial negotiations, agreement execution, cost &amp; revenue management, deal management and marketing engagements.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Content Analytics &ndash;
 
 Lead Content Analytics. Create &amp; oversee the Content AOP. Create, maintain &amp; execute various analytical reports for the content team including Viewership reviews, Deal Modelling, revenue projections etc. that fuel negotiations &amp; long-term strategic decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Carriage Business
 
 &ndash; Manage carriage relationships. Demonstrate rigor for increasing revenue from existing partners. Collaborate with Cross functional teams to deliver robust content pipeline &amp; revenue generation.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strategic opportunities
 
 - Derive additional value for Tata Play - Content marketing Initiatives, Channel launches, Packaging Changes etc. Along with the content provider, develop relationships with internal stake holders like - Subscriber Marketing, Technology, Legal, Finance, Communications, Sales etc.

 Internal Processes
 
 : Work with cross functional teams to execute all internal processes for various functions within content team. E.g. legal, commercial, comms etc.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications: Full time MBA from a reputed Institute.
 
 
 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience.

 ROLE SUMMARY
 
 
 We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Product Support person to manage technical issues related to our Tata Play. The ideal candidate must possess - ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. He/she will be responsible for analysing datasets (Support tickets), generating actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across Product support
 
 
 
 
 
 KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Serve as the primary contact for technology escalations and all the product issues.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, CO) to support data-driven initiatives.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ensure timely resolution of Technology incidents to minimize service disruptions.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Coordinate with technical teams to investigate and resolve incidents
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaborate with Customer Ops and Process excellence teams ensuring the NFTR is met as per SLA.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Maintain and update knowledge base articles and support documentation.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Incident Reporting and Analysis- Analyse incident trends and recurring issues
 
 </li>

 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and flag anomalies or opportunities
