 Its a FTC Role (Full time contractual)
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create detailed 2D/3D structural steel models using software like Tekla Structures, SDS/2, or AutoCAD (as applicable).
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare accurate shop drawings and GA drawings for:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Main frames, columns, rafters, bracings
 </li>
 <li>
 Secondary members (purlins, girts, eave struts)
 </li>
 <li>
 Connections and anchor bolt plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Sheeting profiles, trims, and flashing components
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to project specifications, industry codes, and company standards
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Sheeting, Flashing &amp; Detailing
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare complete layout and development details for roof and wall sheeting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop detailed flashing drawings including ridge caps, corner trims, fascia, gutters, and downspouts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate closely with architects/clients for interface detailing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Incorporate accessories like skylights, ventilators, and louvers with precision.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Checking &amp; Coordination
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review and check detailing packages prepared by internal team or external detailing vendors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify compliance with:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Detailing Requisition Documents (DR)
 </li>
 <li>
 GAD, design intent, and mark plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Company standards and project specifications
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Identify discrepancies and ensure timely corrections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and erection teams to resolve conflicts or queries.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5&ndash;7 years of hands-on experience in PEB/metal building detailing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Tekla Structures / AutoCAD / SDS2 (as per company&rsquo;s tool stack).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of steel building components, AISC/IS standards, and fabrication practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in sheeting, flashing, and accessories detailing is mandatory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous exposure to checking and vendor coordination preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication skills (written and verbal).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with cold-formed steel detailing and modular steel buildings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with ERP systems for BOM linking and RFI tracking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to India/US/ME standards will be an added advantage.

 B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering.
