Job Title: Sr. Sales Manager &ndash; RajasthanLocation: Maharastra (All areas)Department: Sales &amp; Business DevelopmentIndustry: Crushing, Screening, Washing &amp; Material Handling EquipmentRole SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic, self-driven Sr. Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Maharastra . The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building lasting customer relationships across the region.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.</li><li>Manage relationships with quarry owners, mining companies, contractors, and infrastructure developers.</li><li>Identify new project opportunities and work closely with the internal team for technical proposals and solutions.</li><li>Conduct site visits to assess plant requirements and suggest suitable crushing/screening/washing/conveying solutions.</li><li>Coordinate with technical teams for customized solutions and oversee the proposal-to-closure cycle.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth handover to execution and after-sales support.</li><li>Represent Taurian MPS Ltd. at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events in the region.</li><li>Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence for product development.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>8 - 10 years of sales experience in capital equipment / heavy machinery (preferably crushers, screeners, washing plants).</li><li>Strong understanding of the mining, aggregates, or construction equipment market in Rajasthan.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to travel extensively across the assigned region.</li><li>Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language preferred.</li><li>Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Mining Engineering is a plus</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary + performance-based incentives</li><li>Opportunity to represent a strong Indian brand with global ambitions</li><li>Autonomy to drive regional business strategy</li><li>Dynamic and supportive work culture</li><li>Travel, allowances, and tools required for success.</li></ul>Location: RajasthanTo apply, please email your updated resume to hr.mumbai@taurianmps.com with the subject line &ldquo;Sr. Sales Manager &ndash; Rajasthan&rdquo;.
