 The Role

 We&rsquo;re looking for a highly organized and proactive Events &amp; Office Manager to own the day-to-day operations of our NYC office while leading the planning and execution of Tavily&rsquo;s events in New York. This role plays a key part in shaping our office culture, supporting our growing team, and strengthening our presence within the AI ecosystem through high-impact events.
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee daily office operations and ensure a seamless employee experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage office vendors, supplies, facilities, and budget tracking
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with HR onboarding logistics including workspace setup and office access
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute internal team events and culture initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Source venues, and manage catering, branding, and guest logistics
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align events with company goals
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1+ years of experience in office management, events management, operations, or similar roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience planning events in NYC and managing vendors
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 High ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving ability
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in tech or startup environments (nice to have)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience organizing community or developer-focused events (nice to have)
