Position: Production Planning &amp; Control Officer Reports To: Factory Manager / CEOResponsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare daily, weekly, monthly production schedules.</li><li>Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with the store/purchase team.</li><li>Track work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods.</li><li>Maintain Excel reports (production status, delays, shortages).</li><li>Coordinate between production, QC, and packaging departments.</li><li>Report daily progress to management.</li><li>Assist in implementing cost control &amp; efficiency improvements.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Intermediate / Diploma / Graduate.</li><li>Skills: Strong Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas), reporting, communication.</li><li>Experience: 1&ndash;3 years in factory environment preferred.</li><li>Other: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
