Kindly send your CV to careers@tawarmall.qa Requirements:<ul><li>4-6 years experience in Qatar or GCC</li><li>Joining immediately</li><li>Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering</li></ul>Job Duties:<ul><li>Supervise and Lead: Lead and mentor HVAC technicians, electricians, and other mechanics, providing guidance on tasks and technical skills.</li><li>Supervise HVAC operations across multiple facilities, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations</li><li>Schedule &amp; Assign Work: Develop and implement weekly or daily maintenance schedules, allocate work to team members, and manage workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure high standards of service</li><li>Hands on experience in Water cooled chillers &amp; pumps</li><li>Well experienced in AHU, FCU, Split ACs</li><li>Hands on experience in mechanical systems like valves, pumps and firefighting systems</li><li>Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, work orders, equipment logs, and incident investigations.</li><li>Reporting: Prepare detailed reports for management on key performance metrics, equipment status, and maintenance activities</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you agree with the salary range?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HVAC &amp; Mechanical Supervisor: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>
