Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Admin, Accounts & Team Leader to handle office administration, manage company accounts, and lead the sales team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of overseeing multiple functions to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative and operational tasks.
Handle accounting duties including invoicing, petty cash, expense tracking, and financial reports.
Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Support management in budgeting, planning, and process improvement.
Maintain accurate documentation and company records.
Coordinate with internal departments and ensure timely completion of tasks.
