Objective To provide the full administrative support the operational division with the implementation of the Tawasul policies, procedures and systems, in particular reports and recordsRoles and Responsibilities <ul><li>Preparing drivers attendance on daily based ( Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Musaffa) verify absent drivers, not paid drivers, Medical leave drivers, Suspension drivers, Leave drivers</li><li>Able to prepare Operation Daily report</li><li>Able to handle all Driver issues, including but not limited to, drivers complain and request.</li><li>Prepare Duty Roster Of Operation Staff, Bus drivers and car washers as instructed by Operation Manager as well as Duty Taxi drivers roster</li><li>To prepare Operation Clearance for taxi drivers and staffs (Traffics fine, Trans AD fine, accident liabilities and company internal fines) who is going for leave,</li></ul>Qualification:<ul><li>Working knowledge of the transportation industry</li><li>Extensive knowledge in Microsoft office</li><li>Excellent people skills, especially when dealing with a multi-cultural environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you willing to do Face to Face interview in Abu Dhabi?</li><li>Can you work either in Abu Dhabi or Dubai?</li></ul>
