You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our services, and addressing client inquiries.</li><li>Managing client data and maintaining accurate records.</li><li>Processing incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.</li><li>Data Entry, Form Entry, and Electronic Inquiries and Research</li><li>Supporting other team members with administrative tasks as needed.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>A positive and professional attitude.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.</li><li>Experience in the financial or legal industry.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Medical / Dental / Vision Coverage through company Health Plan. $200 of monthly premium costs covered by company</li><li>401K w/employer contributions.
