Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary (CS) with 0&ndash;2 years of experience. Candidates with prior exposure to a CS firm will be given preference. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of corporate laws, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage compliance-related work efficiently.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in preparation and filing of various ROC forms and statutory returns.</li><li>Support in drafting board resolutions, minutes, notices, and agreements.</li><li>Assist in conducting Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings.</li><li>Maintain and update statutory registers and company records.</li><li>Provide support in company incorporations, LLP formations, and related compliance.</li><li>Assist in annual filings, drafting of Annual Reports, and compliance certificates.</li><li>Conduct basic research on Companies Act, LLP Act, FEMA, SEBI Regulations, and other relevant laws.</li><li>Coordinate with clients for documentation, compliance follow-ups, and other secretarial matters.</li><li>Support the team in handling various corporate governance and compliance assignments.</li><li>Perform Trademark-related tasks, including TM search, filing TM-A applications, monitoring application status, drafting responses to examination reports, handling renewals, and coordinating with clients for TM documentation and updates.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherWork Location: In person
