 What You'll Do:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Design marketing assets across social media, paid ads, blog content, and landing pages
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Translate campaign ideas and product stories into clean, modern, and engaging visuals that drive clarity and clicks
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Create layouts with strong typographic hierarchy, excellent readability, and a premium brand feel
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Maintain and evolve TaxGPT&rsquo;s visual identity across channels, ensuring consistency and polish at every touchpoint
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Create lightweight motion and micro animations for social media
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and growth teams to deliver fast, high-quality creative
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Iterate quickly based on feedback, performance insights, and shifting campaign needs
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Organize and document design files, templates, and asset libraries so the team can reuse, adapt, and scale work efficiently
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What You Bring:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 2+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in marketing, brand, or digital design
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong typography skills, including hierarchy, spacing, and type pairing
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Basic animation know-how. You do not need to be an animation expert, but should be able to move shapes, create simple transitions, and build lightweight motion assets when required
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 A latest design portfolio is a must and should show strong taste, clean execution, and range across marketing formats
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ability to work independently, take direction well, and turn rough inputs into polished final designs
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong attention to detail and a clear sense of visual quality
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Nice to Have:

 <li>
 
 Experience designing for SaaS, B2B, fintech, or AI products
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Familiarity with performance-driven creative for social and ads
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Basic understanding of brand systems and how to scale them
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Prior experience in a startup or agile environment.
