</div><div>The Senior Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients while overseeing the successful execution of marketing, branding, website, and digital initiatives.<br>
</div><div>This role requires both strategic thinking and operational excellence. You will lead client conversations, develop scopes of work, coordinate internal teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.</div><div><br>

<div>The right candidate understands how to balance client relationships with project execution and is comfortable leading discussions with business owners, marketing directors, and executive leadership teams.</div>

</div><ul><li>Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounts</li></ul>

</div><ul><li>Manage projects from kickoff through completion</li></ul>
<ul><li>Create project plans, timelines, and task assignments</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop scopes of work, estimates, and project budgets</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate internal resources across strategy, design, development, content, video, and digital marketing teams</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitor project progress and proactively address roadblocks</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage change requests and scope adjustments</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget</li></ul>

<ul><li>Support branding, positioning, messaging, and customer journey initiatives</li></ul>

<div><b>Qualifications</b><br>
</div><div>Required<br>
</div><ul><li>5+ years of experience in account management, project management, client services, or agency operations</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proven ability to manage project scopes, budgets, timelines, and deliverables</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong understanding of marketing, branding, website development, and digital marketing</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong organizational and time management abilities</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment</li></ul>
<ul><li>Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability</li></ul><br>

<ul><li>Experience managing website design and development projects</li></ul>
