Your Responsibilities:&middot;
<ul><li>Perform various hand operations such as applying labels to products, cut, wrap products, use tape dispensers and the use of feet for flexion/repetitive motion as in operating foot controls</li><li>
Pack products in boxes and tape lids of boxes shut appropriately for proper shipping while inspecting product for any quality defects</li><li>
Stack, pack, and transport printed materials in various stages of completion on pallets as it accumulates on delivery tables of specific equipment</li><li>
Responsible for reading and following specific job instructions to produce an order according to spec</li><li>
Maintain attendance according to facility guidelines as well as be able to work constructively with co-workers, supervisors, vendors while performing daily responsibilities.</li><li>
Ability and willingness to float across departments and assist where needed</li><li>
Follow safety rules, procedures and standards</li><li>
Duties may occasionally be performed while seated but will likely be performed while standing</li></ul>
Your Shift: 1st Shift; 6:00am - 2:30pm, Tuesday - Saturday 
You Must Have:<ul><li>
Ability to read, interpret, and decipher general written instructions from documents such as work orders, parts orders, safety regulations, operating procedures, or other job specific written documents</li><li>
Must be able to frequently lift 50 lbs.</li><li>
Ability to speak and communicate effectively with fellow employees</li><li>
Ability to perform basic mathematical functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.</li><li>
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form</li></ul>

Prior experience in production</li></ul>
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $17. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The rate listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation&rsquo;s total compensation and benefits package for employees.

Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions is seeking an IT Project Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for planning and managing one or more large and complex technology and business projects as assigned to strict deadlines and quality within approved budget. This includes coordinating efforts of team members across functional areas and 3rd party resources in order to deliver projects according to plan. The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in managing complicated technology implementation initiatives. The candidate must be comfortable working in a matrix organizational structure, driving a formal change management process, and providing concise executive level communication. This position is a role for an extremely seasoned project manager capable of juggling the highest profile deliverables with many interconnected inputs and outputs. Experience with electronic delivery of services and print &amp; mail production, are big pluses.</div>
Familiarity with a variety of project management field's concepts, practices, and procedures required. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish projects. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected along with ability to leads and directs work of project teams.
This location adheres to the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). All employees must undergo a federal background check, which requires U.S. citizenship.

Establish project scope, vison of success, stakeholder requirements and resource requirements</li><li>
Partner with business and technology leadership</li><li>
Lead multiple projects of various types and sizes</li><li>
Organize work breakdown structure (WBS) and identify appropriate level of task definition</li><li>
Provide progress communication and financials based upon standards defined to team members, stakeholders, sponsors and organization</li><li>
Direct multi-disciplined team</li><li>
Clear and concise communication across levels of leadership in a matrixed organization</li><li>
Track all project issues and assigned action items for resolution</li><li>
Manage costs against approved budget</li><li>
Monitor progress against baseline schedule</li><li>
Successfully manage risk including contingency and mitigation planning</li><li>
Follow established PMO processes and standards</li><li>
Partner with business and technology leadership</li><li>
Perform gap analysis between existing, moderately complex solutions and moderately complex target solutions</li></ul>
You Must Have:<ul><li>
7+ years of experience in IT Project management</li><li>
Experience working across Agile and Waterfall life cycles</li><li>
Demonstrated success in implementing technology and business process change</li><li>
Strong communication skills, verbal and written, to staff and management at all levels</li><li>
Excellent teamwork skills</li><li>
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority</li><li>
Adaptable and flexible in complex situations with ability to navigate through conflict with positive outcomes</li></ul>
