Your Opportunity:</div><div>
Taylor Warehouse &amp; Fulfillment, a Taylor company, is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team at our Verizon Center in Grove City, OH!</div><div></div><div>
Your Schedule:</div><ul><li>
7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday &ndash; Friday, some weekends and off-shifts as business needs</li></ul><div></div><div>
Your Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Ensure a safe and positive work environment</li><li>
Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate direct reports to achieve the optimum level of performance.</li><li>
Develop and implement department goals and consistent procedures</li><li>
Communicate expectations, timelines, processes and performance feedback to department personnel</li><li>
Evaluate process methods for improvement</li><li>
Provide training on all MHE (material handling equipment).</li><li>
Ensure employees have appropriate training and other resources to perform their jobs</li><li>
Review and continuous documentation of work cell SOP&rsquo;s to assist training</li><li>
Provide performance feedback on an ongoing basis and writes and administers timely performance reviews</li><li>
Ensure that customer focus and service is a priority</li><li>
Support LEAN process transformation and seeks continuous improvement development</li><li>
Communicate with other company leaders in cooperative planning and discussions</li><li>
Manage the day-to-day operations with supervisors/associates</li><li>
Oversee hiring, training, and maintaining employee relations</li><li>
Ensure all jobs flow through the operation to meet customer SLA.</li><li>
Responsible for controlling expenses, inventory control, and loss prevention.</li><li>
Track Key Performance Indices, Quality, Production, and On-Time Performance.</li><li>
Develop departmental budgets and control costs</li><li>
Manage relationships with sales/customer</li><li>
Responsible for working on various projects as needed</li><li>
ISO Quality Policy; Scope of QMS; Management</li></ul><div></div><div>
You Must Have:</div><ul><li>
5+ years of relevant experience</li><li>
Strong analytical and computer skills including; Excel and Word</li><li>
Strong working knowledge of UPS, FedEx, and other manifesting systems.</li><li>
Knowledge of operations of material handling equipment such as sit-down lift trucks, reach trucks and order pickers</li></ul><div></div><div>
We Would Also Prefer:</div><ul><li>
College degree or equivalent amount of experience preferred</li><li>
Experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and utilizing bar code scanners</li></ul><div></div><div><div><div><div>
