Key Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li><p>
Research and track construction projects through databases, bid boards, and industry connections.</p></li><li><p>
Qualify opportunities and generate leads for the sales and estimating teams.</p></li><li><p>
Collaborate with the sales and estimating teams to ensure accurate project handoff.</p></li><li><p>
Provide regular reports and updates on project pipeline and lead generation activities.</p></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
</b></h2><ul><li><p>Experience in construction supply, sheet metal, roofing, or a related field preferred.</p></li><li><p>
Ability to read and understand construction specifications.</p></li><li><p>
Strong research and networking skills.</p></li><li><p>
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.</p></li><li><p>
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.</p></li><li><p>
Familiarity with construction project databases (e.g., Dodge, ConstructConnect) a plus.</p></li><li><p>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM systems.</p></li></ul></div>
