We&rsquo;re seeking an Experienced Legal Assistant to join our fast-paced and collaborative firm. In this role, you&rsquo;ll work closely with attorneys and paralegals across a variety of legal matters&mdash;litigated and non-litigated&mdash;on a national level. If you thrive in a team-oriented environment and are motivated by helping others succeed, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Support multiple attorneys with litigation, corporate, administrative, and regulatory matters nationwide</li><li>Transcribe legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence</li><li>Coordinate and schedule meetings, court hearings, depositions, and mediations</li><li>Prepare professional documents using Microsoft Office and Adobe tools</li><li>Track assigned matters, deadlines, and manage attorney calendars</li><li>Provide proactive administrative support and assist with special legal and firm-related projects</li><li>Manage attorney travel logistics and expense reporting</li><li>Monitor CLE compliance and assist with timekeeping</li><li>Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files</li><li>Manage incoming/outgoing mail and provide general office support as needed</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>3-5 years of experience as a legal assistant required</li><li>Knowledge of court procedures and filing rules</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)</li><li>Including formatting, redlining, OCR, and document editing</li></ul>&middot; Document management system know-how<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong multitasking and time management abilities with minimal supervision</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Collaborative mindset and commitment to a positive, team-first culture</li></ul>Why You&rsquo;ll Love Working Here:<ul><li>Supportive and collaborative team culture</li><li>Exposure to a wide variety of legal work across jurisdictions</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and skill development</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package</li></ul>Apply Today!
