Marketing &amp; Content CoordinatorTaylor Physical Therapy &amp; Wellness is a growing women&rsquo;s health and pelvic floor therapy practice in Winston-Salem, NC looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive Marketing &amp; Content Coordinator to help us expand our educational content, social media presence, and community visibility.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, social media, video editing, wellness/healthcare marketing, and helping meaningful businesses grow.Our clinic specializes in pelvic floor therapy, pregnancy and postpartum care, orthopedic and oncology care, massage therapy, and dry needling. We offer holistic care and are passionate about education, compassionate care, and creating a calm, welcoming experience for the women and families we serve.We&rsquo;re looking for someone who is:<ul><li>organized</li><li>reliable</li><li>creative</li><li>digitally savvy</li><li>able to move quickly</li><li>excited to help us create and distribute a high volume of meaningful content</li></ul>This role will work closely with clinic leadership to turn ideas, patient education, events, and provider expertise into engaging content across multiple platforms.Position DetailsPart-time contractor (1099)Approximately 10-15 hours/weekHybrid flexible role (some onsite content capture required)Pay: Approximately $25/hour depending on experienceResponsibilitiesContent &amp; Social Media<ul><li>Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile</li><li>Repurpose videos, educational discussions, FAQs, and clinic events into social posts, reels, blogs, emails, and short-form video content</li><li>Assist with growing our online presence and community engagement</li><li>Maintain a consistent visual and brand style across all platforms</li><li>Monitor and respond to social media DMs/comments and route inquiries appropriately</li><li>Help maintain and organize a content calendar</li></ul>Video &amp; Creative<ul><li>Capture and edit short-form video content for reels and social media</li><li>Create graphics and marketing materials using Canva</li><li>Assist with photography/video during workshops, events, and clinic activities</li><li>Create flyers, referral materials, gift bag inserts, signage, and occasional promotional items</li></ul>Website &amp; SEO Support<ul><li>Upload and format blog posts and new website pages in WordPress</li><li>Assist with SEO-oriented content updates and optimization</li><li>Help maintain website content and clinic service pages</li><li>Assist with local SEO efforts and Google Business Profile updates</li></ul>Community &amp; Referral Marketing Support<ul><li>Help coordinate referral appreciation efforts and community partnerships</li><li>Assist with workshop/event promotion</li><li>Support outreach efforts with local businesses and healthcare providers</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Comfortable with Canva, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.)</li><li>Comfortable learning and updating content in WordPress</li><li>Ability to work independently and move projects forward without constant supervision</li><li>Strong writing instincts and attention to detail</li><li>Interest in wellness, healthcare, women&rsquo;s health, fitness, or education is strongly preferred</li><li>Experience with content creation, social media, photography, video editing, or digital marketing preferred</li></ul>Bonus Skills (Not Required)<ul><li>Experience with Mailchimp</li><li>Basic SEO knowledge</li><li>Photography or videography experience</li><li>Experience growing social media accounts or creating viral/educational content</li></ul>To ApplyPlease send:<ul><li>Your resume to Katie@taylorptandwellness.com</li><li>Links to social media accounts, content, or creative work you&rsquo;ve created or managed (if applicable)</li><li>A short video (1&ndash;3 minutes) introducing yourself and telling us:</li><li>Why this role interests you</li><li>What types of content you enjoy creating</li><li>Why you think you&rsquo;d be a good fit for our clinic and brand</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Winston-Salem, NC 27101
