We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google, social media, and email marketing.</li><li>Create and schedule engaging content for social media channels.</li><li>Monitor website traffic, SEO performance, and online engagement metrics.</li><li>Coordinate marketing activities with internal teams and external vendors.</li><li>Design marketing materials and promotional content when required.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with recommendations.</li><li>Manage company listings, online directories, and business profiles.</li><li>Assist in planning and executing marketing events, promotions, and brand campaigns.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices.</li><li>Achieve monthly leasing and occupancy targets.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience in leasing or business center operations is preferred.</li><li>Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is an advantage.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.</li><li>Professional appearance and presentation skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in the UAE market.</li><li>Knowledge of CRM systems and lead generation strategies.</li><li>Arabic language skills are a plus.</li></ul>Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your expected monthly salary (AED)?</li><li>Are you comfortable working with sales targets?</li><li>Do you have experience running paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)?</li><li>Which digital marketing tools have you used?</li><li>Do you have experience with SEO (Search Engine Optimization)?</li><li>How many years of digital marketing experience do you have?</li><li>Do you have experience managing social media accounts for a business?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
