<ul><li>Male Candidate preferred (25 to 35 yrs)</li><li>Assist in managing revenues received and dispersed including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, audit, General Ledger reporting.</li><li>Cash handling functions for the hotel and reconcile all cash dropped at the front desk.</li><li>Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.</li><li>Assist the financial Manager with systems administration, inventories, monthly closings and full P &amp; L responsibility.</li><li>Assist financial Manager with completing the year-end audit process.</li><li>Perform follow-up billing and credit collection documentation and inform the Controller of any potential uncollected accounts.</li><li>Reconciles bank statements.</li><li>Verify if credit card service charge is billed correctly for all credit card transactions.</li><li>Review the postings, payments, revenue and guest balance reports on a daily basis.</li><li>Ensure correct taxation are applied on all billing software Point of Sale (POS)</li><li>Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the accounting software (Tally)</li><li>Assists with reimbursable invoicing.</li><li>Analyse revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis.</li><li>Maintain contracts for vendors.</li><li>Process authorise purchase requests as needed.</li><li>Maintain Office supplies and order as needed.</li><li>Any other job-related duties as and when assigned by the Financial Manager.</li><li>10 years experience</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;23,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Account management: 10 years (Required)</li><li>Corporate finance: 10 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>T Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
