Gameplay / Backend Programmer (UE5 C++)

We are seeking a highly experienced IBM webMethods Senior Integration Engineer to take ownership of production support, platform administration, monitoring, and documentation across the IBM webMethods ecosystem &mdash; while also contributing to integration development activities. Operating at a senior level, you will be the primary point of contact for platform stability, incident management, and operational excellence. You will oversee Integration Server (IS), API Gateway, and Universal Messaging (UM) environments, ensuring maximum uptime, performance, and governance compliance. In addition, you will drive best practices in technical documentation, change management, and cross-team collaboration to enable smooth and reliable integration operations across the enterprise.Job Title: Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>10&ndash;12 years of hands-on experience with the IBM webMethods platform, spanning development, support, and administration.</li><li>Deep expertise in IBM webMethods Integration Server (IS), API Gateway, and Universal Messaging (UM) across multi-environment enterprise setups.</li><li>Proven experience in production support, incident management, and SLA-driven operations for integration platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, and GraphQL web services, and experience troubleshooting service failures across protocols.</li><li>Expertise in platform administration tasks including server configuration, package management, user access, clustering, and disaster recovery.</li><li>Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent) for incident, problem, and change management.</li><li>Proficiency in log analysis, diagnostic tooling, and performance investigation techniques for webMethods environments.</li><li>Experience designing and maintaining monitoring dashboards and alerting frameworks using tools such as Splunk, ELK, or webMethods Optimize.</li><li>Strong technical documentation skills &mdash; capable of producing runbooks, SOPs, architecture documents, and operational reports.</li><li>Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments, collaborating with cross-functional and cross-organisational teams.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities, incidents, and stakeholder communications simultaneously and under pressure.</li><li>Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>IBM webMethods certification or equivalent enterprise integration platform certification.</li><li>Experience working on government or large-scale mission-critical integration platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with containerised deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native integration patterns.</li><li>Experience with Azure cloud platforms in the context of hybrid integration.</li><li>ITIL Foundation certification or demonstrated experience in ITIL-aligned service management practices.</li><li>Experience coordinating with external vendors, managed service providers, or multiple delivery entities.</li></ul>Salary and Other Benefits: To be discussedExperience:<ul><li>IBM webMethods &ndash; Senior Integration Engineer : 10 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

.We are looking for highly skilled Solution Architect. The Solution Architect is responsible for designing secure, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. The role works closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, infrastructure teams, security teams, vendors, and integration teams to translate business requirements into practical technical designs.The Solution Architect ensures that proposed solutions are fit for purpose, technically sound, reusable, maintainable, and compliant with organizational standards, security policies, and industry best practices.Key Responsibilities&middot; Analyze business requirements and translate them into end-to-end technical solution designs.&middot; Prepare architecture documents such as High-Level Design, Solution Design Document, integration design, deployment architecture, and technical specifications.&middot; Design solutions across applications, APIs, databases, cloud, infrastructure, security, and integration layers.&middot; Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture principles.&middot; Review and assess current systems, identify gaps, and recommend improvements or modernization approaches.&middot; Work with development teams to guide implementation and ensure alignment with approved architecture.&middot; Define integration patterns using APIs, middleware, message queues, gateways, or enterprise service bus platforms.&middot; Support cloud, hybrid, and on-premises solution design based on organizational needs.&middot; Review security, compliance, data privacy, identity, access management, and authentication requirements.&middot; Evaluate technology options, vendor products, platforms, and tools.&middot; Participate in architecture review boards, change advisory boards, and technical governance meetings.&middot; Support project estimation, technical planning, risk assessment, and implementation of roadmaps.&middot; Ensure proper documentation of architecture decisions, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and constraints.&middot; Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity, database, application, and business teams.&middot; Provide technical leadership and guidance during project delivery and troubleshooting.&middot; Promote reusable components, standard design patterns, and enterprise technology standards.Familiar with standards ISO, UAE and others.Required Skills and Experience&middot; Strong experience in solution architecture, software design, enterprise systems, or technology consulting.&middot; Good understanding of application architecture, APIs, databases, integrations, infrastructure, and security.&middot; Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is preferred.&middot; Knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, authentication, authorization, and API gateways.&middot; Experience preparing HLD, SDD, architecture diagrams, technical proposals, and implementation plans.&middot; Understanding DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, performance, and availability concepts.&middot; Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF is an advantage.&middot; Strong knowledge of security principles, including IAM, SSO, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, MFA, encryption, and secure API design.&middot; Ability to evaluate technical risks and propose mitigation plans.&middot; Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.&middot; Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Technical Knowledge&middot; Microsoft .NET&middot; Angular, React, or modern frontend frameworks.&middot; SQL Server, Oracle, noSQL, or other database platforms.&middot; Azure services, containers, Kubernetes, Docker, or serverless platforms.&middot; API management, ESB, message queues, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or integration gateways.&middot; Monitoring and logging tools such as ELK, Dynatrace, and Application Insights.&middot; SharePoint, Power Platform, ServiceNow, CRM, ERP, or enterprise platforms.&middot; AI, data, analytics, or automation platforms would be an added advantage.Qualifications&middot; Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.&middot; 10+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in solution architecture or technical design roles.&middot; Certifications such as TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect are preferred.Salary and Other Benefits: To be discussedExperience:<ul><li>Solution Architect: 10 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
