Responsibilities</b></h2>

In this friendly work environment you will be responsible for:</p>
<ul>
<li>Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner within TBC policies</li>
<li>Pick, stage and load trucks as requested</li>
<li>Understand and adhere to DOT regulations including hours of service requirements</li>
<li>Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures
</li><li>Adhere to pre-determined route sequencing when delivering tires/equipment to customers</li>
<li>Securely handle COD (cash or check) when applicable as required per company COD policy</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe and secure vehicle and work area</li>
<li>Maintain exception Customer Service based on our People Focused Values</li>
<li>Come to work in a Clean and Laundered Uniform that is provided by NTW</li>
<li>Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner as needed</li>
<li>Other duties as requested or needed</li>

</div><div><ul><li>Safety 1st Mentality</li>
<li>1+ years of experience, box truck experience and/or delivery experience preferred</li>
<li>1+ years of no At-fault accidents,
</li><li>clean MVR
</li><li>Maintain a current driver&acirc;&euro;&trade;s license relevant to the types/classes of vehicles driven during company business</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicle</li>
<li>Must be 21 years or older</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively while bending and twisting and ability to occasionally lift more than 50lbs</li>
<li>Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations</li>
<li>Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws
</li><li>Employment is contingent upon a conditional offer and completion of all required pre-employment screenings, as permitted by law.</li>
