The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through field sales and on-ground client interaction.This is a field-based role that requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.</li><li>Meet prospective clients; understand their business requirements, and present suitable services.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.</li><li>Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions through CRM tools or reports.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Provide feedback from the field to improve products, marketing strategies, and services.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (field sales experience preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;16,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
