 General Qualifications
 
 
 As one of the leading multi-purpose port operators in the region, TBH Port Adana is looking for a Sales Specialist Assistant to support our commercial and marketing operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about developing a career in sales and business development within the logistics and maritime industry. Previous internship or 1&ndash;2 years of experience in sales, logistics, or customer relations is an advantage.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 &bull; Identify potential customers and sales opportunities through market research and analysis.
 
 
 &bull; Support quotation and pricing processes in coordination with the commercial team.
 
 
 &bull; Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, social media content, and campaign planning.
 
 
 &bull; Assist in organizing industry fairs, conferences, and customer events.
 
 
 &bull; Participate in customer satisfaction initiatives and support related reporting activities.
 
 
 &bull; Contribute to competitive analyses and market research projects.
 
 
 &bull; Regularly compile and report sales and marketing data to management.
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Logistics, Economics, or International Trade.
 
 
 &bull; Proficient in MS Office applications.
 
 
 &bull; Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
 
 
 &bull; Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a proactive and curious mindset.
 
 
 &bull; Analytical thinker with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
 
 
 &bull; Residing in or willing to relocate to Adana.
