Medical Biller / ReceptionistPart-Time | Monday&ndash;Friday | In-PersonWe are hiring an experienced Medical Biller / Receptionist for our outpatient rehabilitation clinic.This position combines front desk operations with full-cycle medical billing responsibilities. Experience billing Michigan auto insurance (No-Fault/PIP claims) is required.What You&rsquo;ll Do:Billing:<ul><li>Verify insurance coverage</li><li>Submit and track claims (auto insurance required)</li><li>Follow up on unpaid/denied claims</li><li>Post payments and maintain accounts receivable</li><li>Ensure CPT coding and HIPAA compliance</li></ul>Front Desk:<ul><li>Answer phones and greet clients</li><li>Schedule appointments</li><li>Prepare client charts</li><li>Provide administrative support to clinical staff</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Proven experience with auto insurance/PIP medical billing</li><li>Knowledge of CPT and diagnostic coding</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Organized, dependable, and professional</li><li>Comfortable managing both billing and reception duties</li></ul>Pay range is dependent on qualifications and relevant medical billing experience.If you&rsquo;re experienced, reliable, and ready to take ownership of billing operations in a structured healthcare setting, we encourage you to apply!Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
