 Daily monitoring regional performance and KPIs to assure budget accomplishment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create alerts for the business units, controlling the entire business cycle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Regularly working to optimize pricing and units&rsquo; performance.
 </li>

 Daily monitoring ongoing promotions and business implementations influences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive new analytical initiatives and projects aimed at improv market&rsquo;s efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capture and document business needs and requirements using structured methodologies to accumulate offline data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use and analyze data from multiple large-scale data warehouses and present statistically strong analysis to a wide range of business stakeholders.

 Translate the BI insights into business actions and regular communications.

 Do you have what it takes (Must Haves):
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 At least 5 years of experience working as an Analyst with experience in analytics/ insights/BI, and preferred experience in an Online Travel organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced working knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI (preferably), Tableau, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree ideally in a business or quantitative subject (e.g. computer science, economics or finance, engineering).
 </li>
 <li>
 Working proficiency in XML, data modelling, data architecture, understanding of statistical modelling knowledge or any machine learning techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Data driven mindset in both decision making and performance measurement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort in dynamics, fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate resources independently.
 </li>
