What You&rsquo;ll Do: Provide effective customer service and support through in-depth knowledge of company products, programs, and services. Dispatch ready mix concrete in a timely and efficient manner.<div> 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
<ul><li> Talk with customers by phone and enter data into computer system.</li><li> Solicit future orders from customers and enter order into computer system.</li><li> Negotiate with customers&rsquo; acceptable delivery times to prevent lost orders.</li><li> Document customer complaints and forward to Dispatch Manager and/or Sales Representative.</li><li> Dispatch orders in a timely and efficient manner.</li><li> Communicate with drivers and direct them to delivery locations.</li><li> Work directly with surrounding areas to better service customers by utilizing multiple plants and look to share trucks.</li><li> Ability to multitask and stay focused while dealing with various contractors, salespeople, dispatchers, and other personnel.</li><li> Maintain effective working relationships with company employees, suppliers, and customers. Promote and maintain the professional image and reputation of the company and ensure timely problem resolution and customer satisfaction.</li><li> Other duties as assigned by the Dispatch Manager.</li></ul></div><div> 
Qualifications and Requirements: 
<ul><li> High School Degree or General Education Degree (GED).
</li><li> Three to five years related customer service experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li> Basic computer skills for entering orders.</li><li> Communicate in a positive and helpful manner with a variety of customers.</li><li> Ability to read and understand maps.</li><li> Required to be able to read, write, and speak English.</li><li> Speaking Spanish is preferred.</li><li> Basic math required &ndash; addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division</li><li> Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.</li><li> Basic computer skills required.</li></ul></div>
Pay: $22.00-$24.00
