 Job Description
 
 
 
 &bull; Managing all the indirect material and service suppliers according to Tchibo Purchasing Guideline
 
 
 &bull; Receiving department briefs, supplier selection together with business owner, completing internal and/or Tchibo GmbH approval process
 
 
 &bull; Negotiating the best price and follow up Purchasing process
 
 
 &bull; Creation of cost reduction suggestions to support/ increase company profitability
 
 
 &bull; Ensuring all documentation and contracting on time and in line with purchasing procedures
 
 
 &bull; Preparing the tender documents and follow up all steps of the tender
 
 
 &bull; Participating in the process of supplier evaluation and management
 
 
 &bull; Supporting Purchasing department for audit process
 
 
 &bull; Managing contract negotiations with service suppliers
 
 
 &bull; Cooperation with legal consultancy for service contracts
 
 
 &bull; Creation of Purchasing budget
 
 
 &bull; Prepare requested reports
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably in Engineering or Business Administration)
 
 
 &bull;
 
 Min. 5 years
 
 of Indirect Purchasing Experience (preferably in Retail and/or FMCG sector)
 
 
 &bull; Contract management (warranty, supply agreements, terms &amp; conditions, etc.)&amp;procurement experience from an international supply basis
 
 
 &bull; Excellent command of English
 
 
 &bull; Advanced Microsoft Office applications
 
 
 &bull; SAP MM knowledge is a plus
 
 
 &bull; Strong interpersonal &amp; communication skills
 
 
 &bull; Flexible, proactive, cooperative, team player and self-starter
 
 
 &bull; Strong negotiation &amp; time management skills in multi-tasking
 
 
 &bull; No restriction from travelling
 
 
 &bull; No military service obligation for male candidates
 
 
 &bull; Preferably living in Anatolian side of &Idot;stanbul

 Key Account Executive

 Job Description:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Achieve the monthly sales targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish strong relationships with our key accounts
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand key customers&rsquo; needs and requirements, Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement the company prioties, channel &amp; brand strategies 100% in own field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure execution and tracking down to store level and sell out
 </li>
 <li>
 Share joint business plan with the accounts and execute them and monthly updating JBP (Plan and realize), control forecast accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement projects and opportunities with the help of KAM, and in this direction offering different suggestions
 </li>
 <li>
 Report and provide information of competitors in the field by following them continuously in order to ensure competition
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracking of reconciliation/open account and payment
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare regular reports/presentations of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree; preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 4-8 years of professional experience in account management
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in Account Management or Business Development
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer oriented &amp; team player, result oriented
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in English
 </li>
