Class A Driver - Home Daily | Henderson, NV to Phoenix, AZ 
Home Daily | Dedicated Routes | Competitive Pay 
We are seeking reliable Class A CDL Drivers to run dedicated routes from Henderson, NV to Phoenix, AZ and back to Henderson. This is a home daily position with consistent miles and competitive pay! 
<ul>
<li>Weekly pay around $1,300</li>
<li>$0.50 cents per mile (CPM)</li>
<li>2,600 weekly miles on average</li>
<li>$17.50 per stop (when applicable)</li>
</ul> 
Position Details: 
<ul>
<li>Start time: 4:00pm</li>
<li>Shift: 10-12 hours</li>
<li>Schedule: May vary (Weekend/Holidays required)</li>
<li>Mostly Drop &amp; Hook</li>
<li>Henderson, NV to Phoenix, AZ and back</li>
<li>Dedicated freight, consistent routes</li>

TCI Requirements:

<li>Minimum 12 months of Class A experience within the last 2 years</li>
<li>Satisfactory Employment Verifications for the past 3 years.</li>

Class A Truck Driver - Home Daily

Part- time Class A truck driver needed in SB!! 
<ul>
<li>Pay: $27.00/ Hour - Straight time</li>
<li>Schedule: Sunday - Tuesday</li>
<li>Start time: 2-3AM</li>
<li>Start out of TCI SB with an empty trailer, drop at customer in Commerce, pick up loaded trailer. Meet with driver in Coachella, CA to swap trailers. Take empty back to TCI SB.</li>
<li>Part time w/ opportunity for additional work.</li>

Class A Truck Driver - Part Time SB

As a Driver Manager, you&rsquo;ll lead a designated fleet, ensuring drivers have the support, direction, and resources they need to deliver freight safely and on time. You&rsquo;ll be the go-to point of contact for your team of drivers, navigating freight planning, compliance, customer communication, and real-time problem-solving.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You'll Be Doing</h3><ul><li>
Oversee a fleet of drivers and ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries.</li><li>
Monitor and maximize productivity, mileage, and hours of service (HOS) within legal and operational parameters.</li><li>
Drive fleet efficiency by pre-planning loads and ensuring resource availability.</li><li>
Partner with customers and vendors to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve freight challenges.</li><li>
Ensure DOT compliance and enforce TCI&rsquo;s safety and operational policies.</li><li>
Cultivate strong driver relationships by delivering consistent communication and support.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You Bring</h3><ul><li>
Minimum 3 years in a transportation driver management or dispatch role.</li><li>
Proven leadership in fleet oversight, scheduling, and operational logistics.</li><li>
Knowledge of DOT and OSHA compliance standards.</li><li>
Sharp decision-making and analytical skills to optimize performance and resolve issues.</li><li>
Excellent communication&mdash;verbal, written, and interpersonal.</li><li>
A knack for balancing the needs of drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>
Flexibility to handle after-hours calls and occasional weekend/holiday duties.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
