About the Role: 
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. Our HR team is a dedicated group of professionals who are committed to building our companies greatest asset- our people. This position will report to the Sr. Manager, Global Recruiting Operations. We enjoy working together in a collaborative culture, identifying, and delivering high-performing candidates to our hiring managers.
As a Corporate Recruiter you will:<ul><li>
Manage full life-cycle recruitment including creating search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding processes</li><li>
Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching, and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends</li><li>
Responsible for developing, recommending, and executing recruitment strategies with decision-makers to ensure a successful candidate search within the identified time frames</li><li>

Requirements<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree preferred</li><li>
Recruiting experience: 2 years (Minimum)</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in handling both technical and non-technical roles across various functions</li><li>
Direct experience in recruiting is preferred, including the use of candidate sourcing tools and methods.</li><li>
Extensive experience with MS Office suite of software, especially MS Excel</li><li>
Experience with Workable will be considered a plus</li><li>
Proven analytical and problem-solving ability</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>
Excellent oral and written communication skills</li><li>

As a Software Engineer III you will:<ul>
<li>Have proven hands-on experience on PHP Core, MVC, MySQL and JavaScript.</li>
