Job Description:
The Learning Solution Advisor I acts as a strategic partner and advisor for a portfolio of business or functional groups, accountable to enable the creation, delivery and measurement of comprehensive long-term/multi-year learning solutions aligned to strategic business priorities.
The Learning Solution Advisor I develops and supports the implementation of learning strategies to build individual, team and organizational effectiveness throughout the company. This role works in a collaborative fashion with HR partners and business leaders managing relationships and overall deliverables across multiple phases and waves.
It requires critical strategic thinking, and a good balance between understanding TD's Operating Model and program structure and governance; combined with a solid knowledge of performance consulting practices, strong strategy planning, change management, collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills to foster and influence change and implement best practices to drive Company and departmental results.
Depth &amp; Scope:
<ul><li>Acts as a primary point of contact and strategic advisor to business leader, HRBPs, Talent and Learning COEs like Project Delivery, Learning Technology, Learning Operations and day to day inquiries or BAU changes
</li><li>Leads performance consulting, participates in business planning and LOB projects/initiatives and conduct needs analysis to diagnose gaps, and develop effective solutions to address capability development needs that align with business and HR strategy along with the with the appropriate LOB and/or HR measurements
</li><li>Negotiates, influences, and builds strong relationships with business leaders, subject matter experts, Talent COE and HR partners to understand business strategy and evolving learning needs
</li><li>Provides learning advisory and thought leadership to key stakeholders, engaging L&amp;D leaders in conversations, including but not limited to new and innovative learning solutions, capabilities and limitations of learning options and modalities, and recommended solutions and rollout plans.
</li><li>Executes the long-term learning strategy &amp; plan and associated roadmaps for the assigned portfolio and capabilities, ensuring they align with the skills needed to support the broader business vision and delivers a great learner experience. Participates in business planning and Line of Business projects and initiatives
</li><li>Builds the business case for learning development and define the rollout plan in collaboration with the business senior management and other partners like L&amp;D and HRBPs
</li><li>Partners with L&amp;D stakeholders to ensure L&amp;D workstream is appropriately staffed and resourced to support the initiative
</li><li>Inventories and identifies learning assets that map to new or existing capabilities to support business outcomes
</li><li>Interacts, collaborates and helps influence peers and other LSAs to ensure alignment to the long-term learning plan and associated roadmaps of the capabilities assigned
</li><li>Proactively aligns learning strategies to the capabilities needed to address evolving business needs
</li><li>Acts as intermediary between learning COE leads and business leads to ensure the learning strategy is effectively executed and to manage the ongoing sustainment model for the learning plans
</li><li>Manages issues or escalations in relation to the learning strategy within the portfolio
</li><li>Develops and leverages relationships with external learning partners on best-in-class learning services
</li><li>Aligns to enterprise frameworks or methodologies that relate to business architecture activities within the business area
</li><li>Attends and participates in internal and external industry committees and/or conferences for learning professionals
</li><li>Identifies and implements process improvements that reduce costs or create capacity within learning development and delivery
</li><li>Provides quarterly updates and report on the development of learning assets and materials as well as progress of the overall learning strategy including measurements to support the business needs
</li><li>Actively seeks feedback from users and support areas including the various COE leads
</li><li>Keeps abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving business requirements and assess potential impacts
</li><li>Acts as a learning expert/lead, integrating cross-function understanding within their own field of specialty
</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below
</li><li>7+ years related experience preferred
</li><li>In depth knowledge of recruiting and employment practices and extensive knowledge of federal and state employment laws
</li><li>Ability to work independently

</li><li>Ability to work with all levels of management
</li><li>Strong interpersonal, counseling, change management, and coaching skills

Job Description:
The Human Resources Contact Center Specialist provides resource support on all HR policy, process, and procedures including in depth knowledge of Benefits and Payroll processes and transactions and employee programs and services (including navigational support of all HR systems). The Human Resources Contact Center provides guidance and support to all employees, retirees, people managers and the HR community and acts as the first point of contact (phone, email, chat) for all inquiries related to employee programs and services, HR policy, process, and procedures, including navigational support, and escalation of issues.
Depth &amp; Scope:
<ul><li>Acts as first point of contact for employee and people manager issues and escalates to Advice Channel when required
</li><li>Answers and resolves employee and people manager issues including navigational support and processing corrective transactions when required
</li><li>Provides advice on how to complete requests and/or determines options for next steps based on scenarios. These could include: guidance related to completing HR responsibilities (year-end compensation, mid-year and year-end processes, resource planning); guidance related to making employee data changes (new hires, transfers, terminations, retiring); guidance related to the administration of employee programs (Service recognition, PTO/Vacation entitlement, time administration)
</li><li>Supports a continuous improvement environment by raising issues, escalating concerns, proactive identification of process changes and being an agent of change
</li><li>Maintains adherence to all audit/compliance and regulatory requirements
</li><li>Keeps pace in a rapidly changing environment while maintaining strong knowledge and a positive attitude
