Essential Duties:
<ul><li>Assist in developing specifications for controls and electrical components.</li><li>
Read and interpret sequences of operations for control logic, electrical diagrams, manuals, and drawings.</li><li>
Manage advanced control installations on critical job sites.</li><li>
Communicate technical issues and project timelines effectively with leadership, operations teams, and customers.</li><li>
Explain the impact of construction timelines and collaborate with operations and engineering teams to mitigate delays.</li><li>
Train customers on control system concepts, operation, and maintenance.</li><li>
Work collaboratively on multiple projects, taking the initiative to enhance safety and contribute to group success.</li><li>
Diagnose system performance issues through functional testing and correct programming deficiencies.</li><li>
Use software to create and modify programming, including graphics, databases, and sequences.</li><li>
Set up and troubleshoot network protocols, including BACnet MSTP, BACnet/IP, Modbus, and Lon.</li><li>
Build control panels and address any deficiencies in submittal drawings.</li><li>
Identify and address scope gaps by submitting RFIs (Requests for Information).</li><li>
Prepare and submit documentation for change orders to customers as needed.</li><li>
Ensure construction projects are completed within specified customer timelines.</li><li>
Provide on-the-job training for lower-level technicians (Tech I and Tech II).</li><li>
Serve as a front-line technical resource, offering guidance and training to other technicians</li><li>
Coordinate subcontractor work to ensure proper installation of all devices.</li><li>
Work independently and provide direction to other technicians and trades on-site.</li><li>
Operate troubleshooting tools, meters, and hand tools proficiently</li><li>
Safely operate motor vehicles and trailers, adhering to company driving and safety policies</li><li>
Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory stock on service vehicles.</li><li>
Purchase materials and issue purchase order numbers to suppliers.</li><li>
Document and communicate project statuses effectively with project managers and customers. Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory stock on service vehicles.</li><li>
Continue company-provided training and advanced skill development while mentoring lower-level technicians.</li><li>
Comply with all safety protocols, including arc flash, confined space, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.</li><li>
Perform other duties as required</li></ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul><li>Certification with Tridium AX/N4, Distech, Siemens, and Schneider Electric systems.</li><li>
7 years of experience as a Controls Technician.</li><li>
Strong understanding of A/C and low-voltage D/C electrical circuits and their operation.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with at least one control platform (e.g., Siemens, Distech, JCI, Inet).</li><li>
Proficiency in access control and lighting control installations and programming.
</li><li>Advanced controls programming and troubleshooting expertise.</li><li>
Ability to execute assigned project tasks efficiently.</li><li>
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and device data sheets.</li><li>
Skilled in using testing and metering devices.</li><li>
Familiarity with Windows operating systems and associated software.</li><li>
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to train and mentor technicians with lesser skills.</li><li>
Always demonstrates strong business ethics and professionalism.</li><li>
This position requires working on construction sites, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and traveling to various job locations. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to meet project and customer demands.</li></ul></div>

Completes all required paperwork timely and accurately. Takes readings from nominal equipment and makes timely entry into appropriate logs</li><li>
Uses tools and equipment that are standard issue and do not need further calibration or adjustment, and keeps tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner</li><li>
Observes and complies with all company safety policies. Uses required personal protective equipment while satisfying all work requests</li><li>
Works on and completes all facility team-based goals</li></ul>
Minimum Requirements:

Essential Duties:
<ul><li>Efficiently dispatches skilled Service Technicians to service calls, ensuring cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Manages dispatch for all business units as required, resolving issues within capability and escalating when necessary</li><li>
Manages customer's requests, and delivers first-rate service to meet or exceed their expectations. Oversees all inbound customer contacts via phone, email, web portal and fax and organizes customer service calls prior to their deployment to the Service Technician</li><li>
Creates work orders from customer contacts and verifies that customer information is correct. Pull permits as needed. Manages customer portals with needed data and completes reports such as shift and status reports</li><li>
Plays a key role in scheduling customer maintenance contracts and organizing Service Technicians' workflows to meet contract requirements</li><li>
Communicates effectively to guarantee prompt and responsive service to the customers' immediate and long-term needs. Communicates the status of the service call to the customer while it is in progress, and follows up with the customer after the call has been completed</li><li>
Plans, forecasts and dispatches service calls for the internal customer (Service Manager and Service Technician). Monitors dashboard results and creates plans to address active work orders</li><li>
Works cohesively with Service Managers, Service Technicians, Sales Representatives, Account Managers and Dispatch Coordinators to meet the needs of customers each day</li><li>
Performs cross functional roles and cross-promotes all services offered to customers</li></ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul><li>High School diploma or GED equivalent</li><li>
1-3 years of relevant experience</li><li>
Knowledge of procedures and guidelines for emergency situations</li><li>
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>
