We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Long Term Trainee for Cisco products. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in sales within the IT distribution industry, focusing on Cisco's cutting-edge technologies. The trainee will support our sales team, learn various aspects of the sales cycle, and develop essential skills for a successful career in sales. 
Job Responsibilities 
 
<ul><li>Assist the sales team in developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.</li><li>Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and quotations for Cisco solutions.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand market trends related to Cisco products.</li><li>Learn and utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experience.</li><li>Participate in sales meetings, product training sessions, and customer presentations to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.</li><li>Assist in managing and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.</li></ul> 

Requirements:

3rd, 4th year university student</li><li>
Able to work min 3 days in a week</li><li>
Have analytical skills</li><li>
Very good level of English</li><li>
Open to learning and eager to develop herself/himself</li><li>

Sales Long Term Trainee - Cisco

About the role 
 
This role combines business development with technical understanding. You will work with enterprise customers to grow AI and accelerated computing opportunities, collaborating closely with global technology vendors such as NVIDIA. 
 
The position is suited for a BDM or sales professional who can discuss AI, GPU-based solutions, and enterprise technologies at a high level. Deep NVIDIA expertise is not required at entry - training and support will be provided. Success in this role comes from strong commercial drive, customer engagement, and the ability to connect business needs with modern technology solutions. 
 
What you'll do 
<ul><li>
Own and grow key customer relationships as a commercially driven Business Development Manager with strong technical awareness.</li><li>
Identify, develop, and close opportunities related to AI, GPU-based solutions, and accelerated computing, working closely with NVIDIA.</li><li>
Act as the bridge between customers, sales teams, and technical specialists, translating business needs into technology-led solutions.</li><li>
Support sales teams on complex deals, tenders, and strategic opportunities where AI or GPU-based technologies are involved.</li><li>
Drive market share and profitability by executing the Business Unit strategy and expanding share of wallet.</li><li>
Collaborate with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful positioning and delivery of solutions.</li><li>
Stay up to date on AI trends, GPU software, and enterprise technology developments to advise customers credibly.</li></ul> 

What we're looking for 
<ul><li>
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Account Manager, or Sales-focused role in technology.</li><li>
Exposure to AI products, GPU-based solutions, data platforms, or enterprise software (vendor-agnostic).</li><li>
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to discuss technical concepts at a high level (not hands-on engineering).</li><li>
Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>
Business-level English and Fluent Turkish.</li><li>
Ownership mindset, strong communication skills, and strategic thinking.</li></ul>
