</b></div><ul><li><div>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electronics and Communication Engineering
</div></li><li><div>Proven experience in Network Architectures, including TCP/IP, Ethernet, Layer 2-3 technologies, Routers, Switches, and Firewalls
</div></li><li><div>Hands-on experience with Cybersecurity solutions such as Firewall, EDR, NDR, XDR, SASE, SIEM, URL Filtering, Anti-Virus, and DLP technologies (preferably on Palo Alto products)
</div></li><li><div>Preferred certifications: PCNSE, CCNA
</div></li><li><div>Strong command of English, both written and spoken (able to communicate with international vendors)
</div></li><li><div>Customer-focused, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
</div></li><li><div>Fast learner with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments
</div></li><li><div>Holds a valid driver&rsquo;s license and is an active driver
</div></li></ul><div></div><div><b>Job Description
</b></div><div>The selected candidate will take part in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, collaborating closely with internal teams
</div><ul><li><div>Participate in client meetings alongside the sales team to deliver product presentations and technical guidance
</div></li><li><div>Manage technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) processes; prepare kit lists, write and interpret technical specifications
</div></li><li><div>Work with the sales team to follow up on opportunities and contribute to the sales process
</div></li><li><div>Provide product training and introductions to resellers and end-users
</div></li><li><div>Install purchased software and hardware solutions; ensure system integration and seamless, secure operation
</div></li><li><div>Diagnose issues, develop and implement solutions, and liaise with vendors when necessary
</div></li><li><div>Conduct regular site visits to clients under maintenance agreements; perform checks based on service follow-up lists, and promptly resolve identified issues
</div></li><li><div>Keep up-to-date with industry developments and new products; prepare related documentation and deliver internal training sessions
</div></li><li><div>Take responsibility for the accuracy, verification, and enhancement of all setup, maintenance, configuration, and integration tasks; report regularly to management
