 Proven experience in Network Architectures, including TCP/IP, Ethernet, Layer 2-3 technologies, Routers, Switches, and Firewalls

 <li>
 Hands-on experience with Cybersecurity solutions such as Firewall, EDR, NDR, XDR, SASE, SIEM, URL Filtering, Anti-Virus, and DLP technologies
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferred certifications: PCNSE, CCNA
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of English, both written and spoken (able to communicate with international vendors)
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer-focused, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Fast learner with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments

 Holds a valid driver's license and is an active driver

 Job Description
 
 
 
 The selected candidate will take part in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, collaborating closely with internal teams
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Participate in client meetings alongside the sales team to deliver product presentations and technical guidance
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) processes; prepare kit lists, write and interpret technical specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the sales team to follow up on opportunities and contribute to the sales process
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide product training and introductions to resellers and end-users
 </li>
 <li>
 Install purchased software and hardware solutions; ensure system integration and seamless, secure operation
 </li>
 <li>
 Diagnose issues, develop and implement solutions, and liaise with vendors when necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular site visits to clients under maintenance agreements; perform checks based on service follow-up lists, and promptly resolve identified issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep up-to-date with industry developments and new products; prepare related documentation and deliver internal training sessions
 </li>
 <li>
 Take responsibility for the accuracy, verification, and enhancement of all setup, maintenance, configuration, and integration tasks; report regularly to management
