 We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient Pre-Sales &amp; Post-Sales Technical Engineer to support Palo Alto Networks solutions within the ecosystem.
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electronics and Communication Engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in network architectures, including TCP/IP, Ethernet, Layer 2-3 technologies, Routers, Switches, and Firewalls
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with cybersecurity solutions, including:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Firewall, EDR, NDR, XDR
 </li>
 <li>
 SASE, SIEM
 </li>
 <li>
 URL Filtering, Anti-Virus, DLP
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Preferred certifications: PCNSE, CCNA
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate with international vendors
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Fast learner, adaptable to dynamic and fast-paced environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Holds a valid driver's license and actively drives
 </li>
 <li>
 Residency in Ankara

 Job Description
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Participate in both pre-sales and post-sales technical activities in close collaboration with internal teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Join client meetings with the sales team to deliver product presentations, solution designs, and technical consultancy
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Create kit lists; prepare, interpret, and review technical specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the sales team throughout the opportunity lifecycle and contribute to closing deals
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver product training sessions to resellers and end customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Install and configure purchased software and hardware solutions, ensuring secure and seamless system integration
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot technical issues, develop solutions, and coordinate with vendors when required
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular on-site visits for customers under maintenance contracts and resolve identified issues promptly
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies; prepare documentation and deliver internal technical trainings
 </li>
 <li>
 Take ownership of setup, maintenance, configuration, and integration activities; ensure accuracy and report progress regularly to management
 
 
 </li>
